The Basic Starter Chess Set Combo includes our Basic Club Special Chess Pieces, Basic Vinyl Chessboard (20"), and Starter Chess Bag w/ Handle and Loop.
These chess sets are perfect for schools, clubs, or individuals who want the convenience of carrying chess sets but have a tight budget and don't need the full Carryall Tournament Chess Bag. Each set comes with one set of 32 pieces and extra queens, one board, and one bag (colors refer to board and matching bag). All equipment meets chess tournament standards.
Basic Club Special Chess Pieces:
- Complete set of 34 chess pieces plus extra queens
- King 3¾" tall, 1½" base, and 27g
- 1 lb plastic set
- Felt paper base
Basic Vinyl Chessboard:
- Chessboard measures 20" by 20" with 2¼" squares
- Clear and legible algebraic notation
- Wholesale Chess may substitute a quality board for the basic board based on current stock levels
Starter Chess Bag w/ Handle and Loop:
- 12" x 9" pouch with sleeve for a chessboard and handle for easy carrying
- Solid nylon construction and strong zipper
- Fits one set of chess pieces and carries a board and other accessories
